It all started when people were in lockdown because of covid19, and then they were not able to go out of the home, it’s not like someone making them stay in the home, but after few months of strict lockdown people were scared of leaving their home, people were nauseous, scared and they don’t know how to deal with it, inside their heart they wanted to go out but they are too scared, even to buy the grocery they have to think twice because they don’t want to take any risk, they were too scared they used to buy the grocery of whole week or month at a time.
It all started when people were frustrated at home and want to go out, but they have no option to go, and that’s why they felt frustrated, all day long people were online, surfing the net and scrolling Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
People were confused about what to do? Because they were missing their daily life and daily routine, but they are helpless, they don’t know what to do?
I was the same frustrated youth who don’t know what to do? And suddenly on Friday night, my phone rang and my cousin called me and told me to be ready at morning 6 am and I was eagerly waiting for the morning, as I have no idea where we are going, I thought as the old-time it was just a short trip for a photo shoot but I was wrong, I was not prepared, or I can say all these months at home I became bit dizzy and I have no idea I have to go on trekking until on bike I heard from him that we have to climb a mountain, and we are going to seven sisters hills I thought it may be a small mountain which we can climb easily because I had no idea how much we have to trek, all I knew we have to go till the top.
Seven Sisters hills (PerjaGadh) is located Near Sonapur Village in Chandrapur Dist. You have to turn right from Nagbhid-Mul highway from Bramhapuri, and from Nagpur it’s 105 km away, you have to go from Umrer-Bhisi Road.
When we reached hill foot at 7.30 am we were not sure if we can start trekking this morning because it was a lockdown in Chandrapur Dist. And there was not a sign of a single human we were 6 people still we were scared because we heard the presence of a tiger in the area, but somehow we manage to start our trek, it was the first time we were climbing and after 10 minutes we all felt tired and sit there for a while, I am feeling alive, like I can hear everyone’s heartbeat, the experience was overwhelming for me, because the feeling in that forest and the atmosphere making me fall, my legs were shaking, and I felt like I can fell down anytime if my foot slips, so I was walking carefully.
It had been half an hour we were trekking but we see no clue of a hilltop, and we were regretting because we were already tired and we are almost taking a break after every 5 minutes, but when we can see the hilltop our energy boosted but we never knew we still have to climb for more 20 minutes, but when the stone stairs started our mind totally changed, when we stopped and looked down we were mesmerized by the view, the fog and nature, the view which we have only seen on Instagram and YouTube, we never thought we are getting a view similar to the Maratha times Gadh’s.
We forget about the hilltop and our photo session started there, we were so happy because of the view and we were already considering our next trip soon, then we reached the hilltop and the view from the hilltop was amazing, I was not sure what I am seeing through my naked eyes was actually true because I have never seen such a beauty except Instagram reels and YouTube.
The day was spent well, and the way we were complaining why we came to this place we were planning when to come next? When were returning our legs were shaking but still, we were happy because what we have seen is worth this much effort.
When you see the beauty of nature with your own eyes, you forget the rest of the world and start to keep looking at it until someone else shouts at you.
